Kathryn Schiff

Founder of SIGH// School of Intuitive Greater Healing. Based in Los Angeles, CA.

Kathryn teaches at the DEN in LA weekly classes on intuitive healing,

psychic meditation and finding your spirit guides.

She works with individuals and groups. Teaching Meditation, Clairvoyance, and Energy tools, privately and in classes. She is also on staff at The Den Meditation Center Los Angeles, and remotely with the Center For Inner Truth Santa Fe and Intuitive Insights Center Los Angeles.

When not facilitating self-empowerment and ease to those around her, she explores the lands with her dog Bodhi, tango dances on Mondays, and creates high vibes with her tribe. This she calls “balance”.

Thayer Allyson Gowdy is a Present time web developer, brand strategist, creative director and film director.

Thayer brings continuity amidst spontaneity to SIGH. Approaching design and direction with a connection to her clients  based on their energy .

Thayer and Kathryn have been friends for over 25 years. Their intimate understanding of the others creative process allows an intuitive style to design.

They are often traveling the globe finding sound baths, hidden beaches and recording meditations in far flung wilds.
